Deepen Your Practice. Step Outside.
Take your therapeutic work beyond the office, into the living classroom of nature. This hands-on Ecotherapy training equips you with evidence-based, nature-supported techniques you can integrate immediately into your practice, while giving you the space to experience their benefits firsthand.
Through experiential workshops, guided mindfulness in nature, and small group learning, you'll build a solid foundation in ecotherapy, ecopsychology, and nature-based therapeutic methods. All are designed to complement approaches you already use, including ACT, CBT, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
Open to both emerging and established professionals in therapeutic fields, this training is accredited for 14 hours of continuing education credits by the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Join in-person in Montreal or online. The choice is yours.
