Deepen your practice. Reconnect with nature. Reset your nervous system.
Join Dr. Moire Stevenson for an immersive ecotherapy retreat at the Auberge Yoga Salamandre, designed for clinicians and practitioners who've already trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or nature-based therapy and are ready to go further. This advanced-practice weekend blends somatic work, mindful movement, and river-side forest bathing into a fully guided nature-based mental health retreat — part professional development, part personal reset.
