* Free Event * Cross-Country Ski on Mount Royal

We will meet at the Beaver Lake Pavilion where you can rent skis, poles and boots. The rental is $21.50 for 3-hours and $13.50 for the poles and boots. The rentals will be first come first served. If you are renting equipment, please arrive early.

I will explain some skiing basics. 

As we ski, I will highlight ways to be mindful and embrace the moment.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT During the event:

• Please maintain social distancing. There will probably be about 10 participants at the event (regardless of how many RSVP, I find that only 10-15 actually attend). • Please bear in mind that you ski at your own risk. It can be very cold and we will going slowly so dress warmly! • I will bring some tea to sip on at the end of the event. If you want tea, please bring your own cup. • If you need to get in touch with me during the event, please post on the event page or message me through Meet-Up. In the case of blizzards, freezing rain or icy conditions, the event will be rescheduled.

If you would like to donate (to help cover administrative costs and snacks) please send an etransfer to info@moirestevenson.com or bring a little cash to the event for the donations envelope.
