*Free Event* Walking on the River in Verdun

If it is cold enough, we may be able to walk ON the River. If not, we will walk next to the river.

We will meet at the Pavillion Cafe at the Wellington and Desmarchais (see map).

This walk focuses on observing and sensing. We will walk together, learn and share our mindful experiences.
