About the Event

Join this 4-day immersive retreat for psychologists and mental health professionals, where Dr. Moire Stevenson will guide you in blending Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with the restorative power of ecotherapy. Through experiential learning and evidence-based practice, you will deepen your clinical work while renewing your own sense of connection and well-being.


Open to any emerging or established professional in a therapeutic field, this program is recognized for continuing education credits by the Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec and other organizations.

Dr. Moire Stevenson is the founder of Mindfulness Outdoors and a psychologist with more than 15 years of experience as a clinician and supervisor. A lifelong nature lover, Dr. Stevenson uses her background in biology and biochemistry in nature therapy and ecopsychology to encourage a centered experiential practice.
